MOVESET
Brick Break: The user attacks with a swift chop. It can also break any barrier such as Light Screen and Reflect.
Dig: The user burrows, then attacks on the second turn. It can also be used to exit dungeons.
Faint Attack: The user approaches the target disarmingly, then throws a sucker punch. It hits without fail.
Smack Down: The user throws a stone or projectile to attack an opponent. A flying Pokémon will fall to the ground when it's hit.

AGE: 21
HEIGHT: 5'10 (6'2 counting his hair)
PERSONALITY: Rocky is, essentially, a thug. As a thug, he is used to getting what he wants, when he wants it. But by no means is he spoiled-- He's used to hard work, and if no one else can do it, he'll step up to the plate and show those who failed how it's done. Quick results makes Rocky happy--if he's made to wait, then there's a very high chance that he would either get bored or get agitated.

Usually, most people don't get to see Rocky's bad side. They get to see his goofy, completely silly side. He is a generally amiable person, wanting to get to know just about anyone and try to make them laugh; a clown at heart, if you will. Rocky isn't all that bright either, so don't be surprised if you hear him say a word thinking it means something else entirely (i.e. "Antiseptic" in place of "Anesthetic") Coupled with his slang talk, and for those with a cultured background would probably have a hard time understanding his speech.

HISTORY: Born and raised in the harsh sandstorms of Route 4, Rocky started out as a roughneck Scraggy, and through the "tough love" given unto him by the rest of the pokemon around, he grew into a resilient Scrafty. A Scrafty that, due to his observations and new constant training, sprouted a larger-than-normal head crest that would grant him the respect and control of the other pokemon in the gang. This sudden boost of power and importance gave Rocky the confidence he needed to start taking a bit better care of himself, in a way. He's allowed himself more privilege and also cares more for his appearance, making sure to keep his crest the largest crest, even shaping the front fin to look like a pompadour, one of the typical "greaser" styles he's seen some humans wear. "Those guy got it made, so I think I could rock it too!" was essentially what went through his head.

In all, Rocky's picked up quite a bit of mannerisms from humans, despite not even having a Trainer. So much so, that his curiosity has increased to the point where he's been using various items used solely by humans. Even venturing forth and "borrowing" items and money from unsuspecting travelers and Trainers. With his gang's help, Rocky has garnered quite a bit of loot, but he didn't stop there. According to one of his scout Scraggy, there's a lab tech who has made some sort of dream machine for Pokemon that allows them to dream themselves as humans. Sure, it'll be all in your head, but the opportunity to see what pokemon would look like if they were humanoid was too good an opportunity to pass up. Therefore, he packed up his essentials and headed for the city, making note of the female humans and their "assets" as something to "research" (ahehehe!) and signed himself up for this experiment.

EXTRAS

As stated before, Rocky usually speaks like some ghetto street urchin, complete with leavin' tha G's off ery'thin' and slurrin' his words so much, there's apostrophe's everywhere. Swear words are peppered here and there, moreso if he's fired up or excited. He tends to almost never call someone by their name (unless he really has an interest in you), referring to guys as "dude" or "G", and "boss" (only for someone who he believes has a higher rank than him). Females are almost always "chicks"
He smokes cigarettes that's he's swiped from countless humans. Bad habit started from an older Scrafty letting him try one as a Scraggy. Drinks beer too, but any harder liquor gets him drunk to high heaven (light drinker)
His TM moves (Dig, Smack Down) he's stolen from Trainers (Rocky steals a lot, even if he doesn't still know the move "Thief" anymore)
He's not book smart, but not incredibly stupid. He is very street smart, and can con or persuade just about anything from an ordinary pokemon, Trainer or passerby
He doesn't like Flying pokemon, especially birds. Type weaknesses are a pain. He's also not too fond of Spiritomb and Sableye because of their type allotment (he's only heard of them, never encountered one)
