And this concludes the "Baltoy incident"!

I honestly struggled with this page. It's not that I didn't know what would happen (that had been planned ages ago when this happened while I was playing the game), it's just that I wasn't completely sure whether it would be appropriate for all those conversations to happen while the Baltoy was on the verge of self-destructing. It probably wouldn't be realistic, but I figured this would be better than to rush everything, have them say a few words, and then show the Baltoy self-destructing. Let's just say the Baltoy was considerate of them and decided to wait… I'm kidding. (Another reason I struggled was because of that explosion… oh gosh… I've never been good with drawing explosions, so I used a reference while working on this. I hope it came out ok?)

Also, I know the part where Briss decides to call Oom out of his pokeball seems a bit foolish considering there's a Baltoy out there that's about to self-destruct, but I promise that's for a good reason (which will be shown in the next update).

In-game, Amelia really did die from a self-destruct. I was training both Amelia and Nugget in the desert, but would switch Nugget out for Amelia right away since I didn't want to risk looking Nugget. A bunch of Baltoys had already appeared before and nothing bad happened, so when I switched Nugget out, I didn't think anything of it. I don't remember exactly what happened (maybe Amelia's attack missed?) but a Baltoy used self-destruct and since Amelia wasn't at full HP, she fainted… The devastating part was, I lost the pokemon I had planned to rely on if I made it to the E4 and had the opportunity to face Steven… so I was left without a fire-type. OTL At least Nugget didn't die?

I think that's all I wanted to say about this page. I'll try to get the next part out soon. ^^
