Binkey Barnes of Arthur, done in SAI.Not really sure where I was going with this one...I feel there's something of a quiet sophistication about our our friend Binkey here, which is completely opposite of how he is in the show. Anyway, enjoy!

Kind of reminds me of that Ditto on Pokemon, Duplica's Ditto that had trouble changing. I don't watch Pokemon anymore though.
