I'll try to explain you how I got those colors but not easy for me in english 
Actually, I just used the color balance (something like, 3% red and 3 ou 4% blue), but I can show you the picture before/after : [link] It may be helpful :-p I don't remember if I used a color filtre on this photo, but if you know Photoscape they do have some interesting ones
