My Teory Is That That Potion Make A Ilusion Of What Happened, Twilight Recognice Celestia With Multicolor Mane, And Recognice Luna With Sky-Like Mane

It doesn't seem too likely that the potion could be capable of producing a vision that accurate and somehow be incapable of getting her hair right. That said, I suppose there are ways that that error could turn out to be more likely than is superficially apparent, so that theory is at least possible.
