Description
Fox Faction = Red - Kitsune, Hitoyo, Shirogane, Mansei, Aoki are SAFE - But Phoenix Faction is at risk! Non-Clan not encouraged, but not persecuted.
Phoenix Faction = Blue - Asukai, Uranami, Minawa, Hibiki are SAFE - But Fox Faction is at risk! Non-Clan not encouraged, but not persecuted.
Dragon Faction = Gold - Non-Clan are SAFE - But Clans of either Faction are at risk!
Safe Zones = Green - Fighting will NOT occur in Safe Zones. Anyone who fights in a Safe Zone will suffer Village Karma AND Clan Karma Penalties.
Neutral Faction = Gray - Anything goes. Could be considered Safe Zones, but any Faction is allowed doing anything here - So it's really the LEAST safe zone.

Darker Areas (buildings, Compounds, territories) Are 100% Chance of Encounter with opposing Faction (Skirmish)
Ambush Areas (Circles on the Map) Are 75% Chance of Encounter with opposing Faction (Ambushed always)
Skirmish Areas (Swords crossed on Map) Are 50% Chance of Encounter with opposing Faction (Skirmish)
Lighter Areas (Roads and Pathways) Are 25% Chance of Encounter with opposing Faction (Skirmish)

OUTSIDE OF THE VILLAGE IS A GIANT SAFE ZONE - THERE'S NOTHING TO FIGHT FOR OUT THERE!
Villagers ages 14 and below are considered "Safe" and will not be attacked, because they are not dangerous,
however - They may be verbally criticized. But it would look bad to attack a little kid, so Clans won't.
