Chibi Miku: Why have we stopped?
Chibi Gumi: Uggh, I never knew how hot it gets inside one of these things! Why did you tell me to stop?
Chibi IA: We have a problem ... my big Sister, you know the one with the wrinkles ...
IA: I can hear you, you know.
Chibi Miku: She wouldn't use that on us now would she?
Chibi Gumi: WOW a geniune M72 LAW! Even GLaDOS doesn't have one of those!
Chibi IA: She might use that too, it is "my Sister" that's holding on to that thing. You know the one that went beserk with a katana at the aliens when they peeped up her skirt ...
Chibi Miku: But wouldn't that be child abuse? Shooting at us with that thing?
Chibi Gumi: Good point since that would be using "lethal force"!
Chibi IA: GOOD POINT! Hey Sis, you can't shoot that thing at us cuz that'll be CHILD ABUSE. You fire it and we're gonna report you to Child Protective services as well as the Obama Administration!
IA: Dead chibis wouldn't be able to report anything ...
Chibi Miku: She might have a point there ...
Chibi Gumi: Yeah, especially since she can't miss us at that range. We would be more toasted than my robot's circuit boards!
Chibi IA: Dying wouldn't be good for our complexions now would it?
Chibi Gumi: Especially since that thing would start a fire and we would be roasted into cinders. You know our flesh would start melting off our skins and our flesh would be reduced to the consistency of pudding and melt onto the floor of the tank leaving only our skeletons.
Chibi Miku: That would hurt wouldn't it?
Chibi Gumi: That's an unknown, but the pain would probably last only a few seconds as we would be dead in an instant. So we would probably be dead before our brains can register the pain. In other words death would be instantenous and terminal.
Chibi IA: Since when was death not terminal?
Chibi Gumi: Well according to the preachings of the major religions death isn't terminal, but a transition from this life into an after life. However, there's no scientific proof for this as so far no one who's died has ever come back to confirm this as fact.

Chibi Gumi: You'll march us off to the POW camp?
Chibi IA: Nah, she'll probably just shoot us behind the 7-11 store as she never takes prisoners. Just look at those eye brows, a dead giveaway that she's got a mean streak, unlike me of course, as I'm nice and she's not!
Chibi Miku: Well I needed to use the bathroom anyway so let's go ...
IA: ... when you come back I'll be buying ice cream, so hurry and go.
Chibi Gumi: Hmmm, interesting ... she seems to be a proponent of American Foreign Policy. Bomb the crap out to the enemy's country and then give them tons of money to rebuild it!
Chibi Miku: Well at least she didn't nuke us first!
Chibi IA: Don't be fooled, she's only being nice to us cuz she doesn't want to make herself look bad. Make no mistake about it, I'm the nice one and she's not!
IA just gives the three chibis a really hard glare and they quickly decide to comply with her "terms" and scamper quickly away into the bathroom in the park across the road to wash their hands. As she watches their retreating figures she quietly smiles to herself as she makes safe the unloaded M72 LAW and slings the empty tube back over her shoulders.

Probably from Bowlroll. The model is quite popular as is its maker. You should be able to find the actual link for it by poking around NicoNico. That's where I generally find these things.

www.bowlroll.net is probably the major download portal for Japanese made MMD models (although some people from outside of Japan also make models available there). You might want to check out that site. It's in Japanese, but Google Translate works well in translating most of the site into comprehensible English, besides which, it's really just a downloads catalogue site so there's little by ways of text descriptions or articles. Mozilla Firefox doesn't seem to work with the coding on the site, so if you're planning on visiting, use Chrome or a similar browser.
Also there is a journal in my gallery that teaches people new to MMD on where and how to find models, plus the two major outside of Japan model index sites URL's are pegged permanently at the bottom of my DA ID panel on my front page. As a general policy I do not log model links so unless a model's d/l URL is pegged to the description with a deviation, in all probability, I've long forgotten it and have no record of the URL.
Besides, part of the "fun" of MMD is looking for models to add to one's personal collection.

Yep - MMD seems to have some really nice tank models made for it. Seems a shame not to use them.

It sort of works ... would have been better to use a dull dark grey instead of black though.
