Since in R/L I've done a lot of work with stage and expo lights, I have more than a passing interest in the same thing for MMD. So, over the course of my experiments with making MMD stages I've figured out a fairly good methods to make lights look like lights so here's at least one method that I use.

Besides which, this was a good excuse for me to use Digitrevx 's lovely Senmei model which I've not had a chance to use since I first saw her in her beta form. She's been on my 'to do / to use' list for way too long ...
