I just got this game and have been playing through it myself recently, and Undyne's up there as one of my favorite characters in the game. Probably a veeeery close second to Papyrus. Awesome work on it too. A lot braver than I as well, I don't think you could pay me enough to touch a genocide run with a stick.

It's a semi-turn-based RPG fairly similar in tone and appearance to Earthbound, where you fall into an underworld filled with monsters, and the game is about how you deal with them. Lots of exploration, fun characters, quirky humor, and really creative encounters. Can't say much, since the game plays sharply with expectations.
