I really like the 3D characteristic of the artwork. It is very polished and fits right into the new IDW Transformers universe.

This is actually connected to current Transformers events in the "Spotlight" issue for Galvatron. I read that issue; it was INTENSE!! Galvatron, the unkillable, bad-ass, spawn-of-a-glitch (Cybertronian speak for "son-of-a-bitch"), almost scraps Hound, Sideswipe, and a few other Autobots, but he spares them...Still a spawn-of-a-glitch, though.

Hound has not been portrayed as a leader before, but this one really shows why he could be one. I can understand why he finds it so hard to handle mechs like Sideswipe, who are most likely better off under someone with a firmer command of things, but Hound certainly makes a good leader in his own way.
A well-written, well-drawn piece, and one that I'm rather fond of since it's Hound in the spotlight.

You gotta feel for Hound. He's not entirely commander material, but here he is, leading a unit to keep an eye on an apparent KOed Thunderwing (before he gets whisked away) and he has to deal with Sideswipe, of all mechs.
