Texture_A.dds: Albedo or color maps
Texture_M.dds: Metalness maps
Texture_N.dds: Normal maps, which contain the shininess map in the blue channel and a mask map in the alpha channel

Q: Why is that the name?
A: It's the exact same as the games data, I have no easy way to find out every name for the models and don't feel like searching every time to find out.
Sometimes the title will include the name if I know what it is.
