My series of UW redesigns continues. With Flow, I had started this design about 2 yrs ago, and really didn't change much on it. But finally drew it all out. Flow is basically an aquatic powered character, like a modern day water bender with some extra other things thrown in their. Her hair is living water, which makes for some interesting effects and story.Related content

Nice design. But out of curiosity what are the Urban Warriors? Is it some sort of comic, because that would be pretty awesome.
