Well, this gallery of mine has survived its second year, so now is a good time to look back at all the drawings that didn't quite make it into the gallery. At scenes that were never completed, at sketches that were never cleaned up and finished, at drawing that for whatever reason just weren't posted... At all the drawings from the past year that aren't worth your full attention, but may still worth at least a passing glance.

Not too long ago, aksed me about drawing a human-cobralizard hybrid. A very odd mish-mash of creatures...

Unfortunately, the result was less than satisfactory. I've done a character with a cobra hood before, but it wasn't at all accurate, so I tried to draw one that was funcionally accurate, and, well, things just didn't work out. Human heads and torso just aren't made cobra hoods. Or I'm just not skilled enough to make it work.

So, sorry Nikolai. I'll probably try this again, with a different take on the hood. But I can't really say when...
