[FOR PHOTOSHOP]This is my first tutorial and I've tried to be as detailed as possible. It looks like it takes a lot of work but it's actually a 30 second technique. Please open in full view or download.
Hopefully I didn't jabber on and confuse you too much

hi i dont relly undestand the last thing whit the del key part ? is it the delete key , when i press that key i delet the things i have done

A really good tut, but my photoshop doesn't do the ctr+shift+i thing right after the color step >_< I have CS2

Try Select > Inverse.
If this option is still not available, make sure you have selected the correct layer.
ctrl+clicking a layer doesnt work in CS2 - adobe changed it. i'll write a tutorial on how to do this command the 'long way' and get back to you.
i could do with a +watch too
