I don't know why I was compelled to draw this. Psyduck doing his psychic attack on Misty just seemed so... natural. As always, I had to have my way and age her up a bit (and thus invoking the wrath of a thousand Misty loli fans), but whatever. If any adult woman wore that outfit, it would be a scandal. But there's nothing REALLY naughty going on here....Now I just need to throw Jessie in there at some point.
