Why is SketchPadΒ C.M. not the same when she's a mare and when he is a stallion?

When Sketchpad wasn't his true gender he would draw a lot of sad depressing pieces of art. When he goes through his transition he becomes much happier resulting in happier artwork.

In this case the sex-change changes his view and his special talent. It stays a smiley face when he's a stallion even when he's sad so no it does not change based on his mood.

No. Sketch Pad is my ponysona going of MY emotions. I'm transgender and living as a female makes me somewhat sad. Once I transition to a male I will be happier. The cutie mark is just symbolism for that
