Personality: He tends to be an understanding guy. He tries not to be impolite even when someone is testing his patience, and is mostly successful. For the most part he’s rather genteel, but he has his wild, cooky moments too-- especially when he’s nerding out about a book he loves. He’s a little bit flirty, but he doesn’t tend to take it too far or lead anyone on. He has a fairly sweet disposition, and while not exactly patient, he isn’t quick to anger either.
History:
Fitz grew up in a small farming village, but he never quite fit in there. He wasn’t exactly the farming type, and enjoyed growing gardens far more than planting crops. Eventually his family came to accept this fact, and Fitz left out to travel with his family’s blessing. At first, he seemed to be pretty contented, travelling around and learning new things. However, eventually he grew to want to settle down, and has chosen Lilypad town as his new home. It’s a little more slow paced it seems than some of the places he’s been, but I think he’s about to be surprised by just how wrong he is about that.

I love your art!! My character Mally works at the library and she likes to eavesdrop when others come in the library to hear what kind of books they're interested in and will secretly find them and place them near the creature who was looking for them so that they "stumble upon it." I think Fitz might catch her at one point and they could be friends if you want!! I saw he liked nerding about books so maybe when she's trying to "casually" place it by him he spots her with it and starts nerding out about it and she doesn't know how to tell him she was grabbing it for him and she would be very amused and interested about him nerding out about it!
I just joined too so I think this is how you make friends? *scuttles away*

And I love what you've done with her characterization, she sounds so sweet. I love that headcanon you came up with for the two of them, I could totally see him doing that and just nerding out until he realizes she's never read the series or something and has to apologize profusely for spoiling something (he would feel so terrible, poor guy!) I could see him becoming friends with her easily. He would be at the library all of the time anyway, so he'd love to have a friend to talk to there, and maybe ask for book recommendations/give book recommendations to.
Also, I was wondering, would you mind if I did some art of the two of them hanging out? I've been working on doing those Valentine's day prompts with some of his friends, and I'd love to include her in one if you would be ok with that! None of it is any romantic settings or anything, because his Valentine's Day is just spent as a nice day with his friends. It would probably just be a sketch so I can get them all done, but if you're ok with that I'll work on it on my next day off <3

Yes, and she wouldn't be very upset about him ruining it but totally amused by him being baffled and apologizing profusely that would be so cute! I can totally see them being great friends and she might even start letting her guard down more around him, I know when they first meet she'll pull up her turtle neck a lot to hide her face mostly and behind her bangs, but slowly she'll come out her shell, especially since he seems very extroverted and would break the ice for them.

Oh, she just sounds too cute <3 with the turtle neck thing. Poor, shy girl. He would totally be working toward breaking the ice carefully, trying to get her comfortable and friendly. And while he's kind of a flirty guy by nature, with her being shy and more introverted he'd be really careful not to do anything that would make her uncomfortable. They seem like they'd have one of those really cute kind of slow-building friendships, with him working toward getting her out of that shell until they're really comfortable around one another.
And yes, you can definitely add him to your tracker <3 by the way, I love how you set up her tracker, it's really nice looking and organized!

She believes she was born the wrong species. She's such a skittish rabbit she thinks she should have been a turtle and identifies as such. XD Basically believes she's a turtle in a rabbit body. Also with him being flirty by nature I CAN TOTALLY SEE HIM SAYING SOMETHING that can be taken as a flirt and her just turning completely red and freezing lol. And yes!! I think she would also do her best to show her friendship in the way she does by researching books he might like and trying to hold conversations with them about the books she researches. Or like exchanging books so they can talk about them!
