Oh, in all honesty, it's dumb to me. I get tired of the racist terms and how it's splitting everyone up into these dumb cliques. It comes off to me as a point-and-laugh site.

Yeah, they're truly racist. They like to throw in humor, but on 4chan.org, their secret website, they plan racist rallies and stuff. Sometimes there are a few jokes like 'shoop da whoop,' but it's mostly the racism. Anti-black and jew, mostly. They're pretty sick, they're also very fond of child pornography.

It's the SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) filetype. Browsers besides IE (Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) can generally display it. To actually use it you'd need a vector editor tool such as Inkscape or Illustrator. Alternatively you could go to my scraps and just get the PNG version.

Yep, Illustrator is the industry standard for vector image manipulation but it either costs money or has to be downloaded and cracked. Inkscape doesn't have quite the same breadth of tools and effects but it IS free.
