DOWNLOAD FOR SVGIf you think you've seen this before, you're probably right. The only difference is that this time you can download it as an SVG file! Now, not only can you have your very own template to more easily SHOOP images but now you can do it at any size you want! Twice the SHOOP and three times the WHOOP, download yours today!

Inkscape is a free option which can open/edit the SVG format. It's actually what I made it in and is probably my favorite piece of open source software. If you wanted to go a pay/piracy route there is always Adobe Illustrator.

WAIT! How do I whoop of shoop? Eh? 'Cause once again, the SVG. files have been phail. I don't know though, it might be the browser like you said, but I wouldn't know. Anything other than JPEG. and GIF. and whatnot, I'm a newb to.

Well it could be that you are using Internet Explorer, but I don't know if you are. To save the SVG version right click on download and then click save target as, or whatever the equivalent is on your browser. Then you can open SVG in a browser like Firefox or in a vector program like Illustrator or Inkscape.

It doesn't want to open in my out-dated version of Photoshop, however. D:
I downloaded it over 9000 times. The same goddamned thing kept on happening. I guess I'll just go over and use my roomie's computer 'till I can get this straight.

I don't have a version of PS but since it is not a vector program I don't think it will be able to open it. I'd try using Inkscape, it's a totally free program and its native format is SVG so you shouldn't have any trouble opening it. If all else fails, however, try the old template: [link]
It's not scaleable but I believe it is 2000x3000 or so with transparency so it can be pasted on top of images.

I can't download it, either my computer is fukt or my ability to download stuffs is fukt. I click download, then it opens a new page to view it. I right click it, but theres no "Save image as..." thing.

Well I don't know what browser you're using but I'm going to guess Firefox since IE should prompt you with a save dialog. If you right click the download image it should give you an option "Save Page As..." this will allow you to save the image. Alternatively, you could also just right click the download link itself and click "Save target as..." and this will do the same thing.
