I really like this picture. This reminds me of southern Minnesota, If you ever come to MN. this picture looks alot like Redwing, MN. the buildings in the background look like the older historical area of that little town, especially on the river.
I also love your rubber duckie quilt, did you make that one for a special little person?, It's really cute.

My husband has 3 little granddaughters in Michigan who we've yet to even meet! (Long story.) But the Duckie Quilt was my second quilt and my first flannel quilt, and I made it for 2-year-old Rachel. Following that, I made two more flannel quilts for the older girls on their birthdays. I have found these to be a special way to send my love; I just wanted them to have something I made. Rachel, by the way, brings her "Duckie Blankie" with her everywhere!

That is why we do what we do. All the joy we get out of giving, It's so much more fun when the little things matter most.

Thank you so much! It was a great day to take pictures, "nothing to do" but ride around and hunt for photo opts, a much-needed break in our routine.

Such a good angle. We should have tried the b/w setting.
