Description
We picnicked there as children and found it an enchanted place. This is Harkness Estate, the seaside mansion Eolia, a state park thanks to Mary Harkness who left it to the people in 1950. The gardens have been carefully and lovingly restored, thanks to the Friends of Harkness folks.I remembered it best in black and white.

try boosting your contrast in Photoshop, if you have it.
The composition is excellent. It just needs little stronger definition (at least on my monitor's calibration!)
