Another WHO? person. Richard Dragon (according to DC wiki) was homeless in St. Louis who had a chance encounter with Bronze Tiger, who took Dragon under his wings and trained him. Dragon, HIMSELF, then trained several costumed heroes (Batman, Nightwing, Huntress, The Question, Oracle) and so forth. Supposed to be the martial arts guru. Pretty good for a guy from Missouri.

The redesign is off my own personal theory of Dragon taking the knowledge learned from Tiger and walking the world to hone his skills in all forms of martial arts and drawing the power from each, which landed him on the doorstep of Zealot. If we are to believe that Zealot is potentially the most dangerous fighter in the world (who knows right now), Dragon would have sought her out. Marveling at his skills already, Zealot trained him in the ways of the Coda. Taking all these skills, Dragon traveled to Japan to offer his skills to those worthy.
