One of my favorite Pokemon NPCs ever since yesterday
He's a Cooltrainer from some snowy area in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.
I did the lineart yesterday, and just like i did now, i ran out of time to work on it any more!
So somewhat lazy coloring i rushed through some things like the ultra ball idkddijsgoahkek5jhje
I think i'm getting the hang of coloring things in bright lighting though.
And that belt is bothering me like mad but i can't be bothered to add detail to it ยด_`

I use photoshop for drawing, and i was actually going to make a real(as opposed to [link] ) "walkthrough" of how i draw, but i was so discouraged yesterday
