Speed Devil is a Dromeosapien from the planet Quasaralia. This species is capable of reaching speeds of up to 500 mph. This level of speed allows them to run over water and even straight up vertical structures. They gain their speed via the discs connected to their feet which boosts their natural speed. They are equipped with slashing claws, stabilizing fins that split in two on his back and a prehensile stabilizing tail. The helmet is equipped with a visor that protects their face when running, each one is different and unique.
