Description
Born Arthur J. Toadsworth, the Cane Toad was originally a chemistry teacher at Petropolis High School. He was a favorite amongst the students, but HIS favorite student was future TUFF agent Kitty Katswell.
One day, TUFF received word that Arthur has been using illegal chemicals in his lectures, and came over to arrest him. He tried to explain everything to the Chief, but before long, he got fired from his job.
He eventually turned to a life of crime, and covered himself with chemicals to make himself extremely poisonous. He ceased to be Arthur J. Toadsworth, and became the Cane Toad.
Years later, the Cane Toad decided to get back at Petropolis by inventing a ray gun that will poison the city's water supply.
But, he was thwarted by Kitty Katswell, his favorite student! She was shocked to learn that the Cane Toad was actually her old teacher.
Despite her reputation, though, Kitty stills visits the Cane Toad at Petropolis prison every once in a while.
