I'm not done with Frozen, by the way. I just wanted to get these GIFs out of my head.

Omg! gotta use this for my webcam! One question. How did you make the deal with it words like that/what program did you use for the words?

I did this all in Photoshop. The typeface I used was Impact. The words "Deal" and "With It" were separate layers and I used a guideline to have them line up with each other. For the animation, I used a clipping mask to hide the text. I moved the text frame by frame to have it pop out from the side, and changed the colour of "Deal" on the last few frames.
