Okay I'm calling horseshit here. So in MCC When you start up Halo 2 Anniversary you get a cutscene with a conversation between Locke, an Elite, and Arbiter, but the Elite is in Halo 3 armor and in the Escalation comics Arbiter's Elites are in Halo 3 armor, so why in the hell are his Elites now in Storm Covenant armor!?Related content

I presume all these 'Arbiter-sided' Sangheili, despite not being the same as the other one we saw, are front-line infantry reusing intact Covenant Remnant armour to save [currency] and resources. The Sangheili on the Liche, however, may've been dropped off elsewhere, perhaps?
Regardless, that Promethean we meet at the end is "The Warden Eternal, Keeper of The Domain and her(wait, what?) secrets. The Master Chief is called, but YOU? YOUR passage is DENIED!"Β

It began with boats. Maybe the Organon perceives itself as a female? Or is that due to Cortana's 'backup copy'?
We'll never know. Might be a Forerunner translation glitch (was quite common in Halo 3 Terminals, especially [DESTRUCTIVE ARRAYED MATRIX*] ) on behalf of The Warden.
*In Destiny's House of Wolves expansion, there's an Auto Rifle named "Pest Control Matrix", description reads 'No infestation. Guaranteed!". I declare this a far less subtle Halo reference.

Maybe it's because they'd rather use elites using one style of armor instead of two different ones. Which I'm hopping the latter is true, or what Commander Nova said is true.

To be honest, I don't really mind the Forward Unto Dawn's design.
I also hope Thel at least retains his H2A design if they're going to keep the other Elite's physical designs the same.

Maybe there's a fued going on in Jul 'Mdama's army that a few have chosen to split themselves in hopes of joining Arbiter side, if not than I have no f#cking clue as to why they're using Storm Covenant Elites standing besides Arbiter and Team Osiris.

While that did happen when they got the other half of the Janus Key, Jul made sure each and every one of them was killed, and all of them were, the leader was even killed. 343's just being lazy again.
