Well... It is nothing to say I think... It is a male wolf on the ground who miss his sister who died in a fight.On this picture is it the first time I draw water, I know that it doesnΒ΄t look like it but I tried my best on it

I'm reading a book and yes wolves does realy mis each other. they howl if one of them die.
and after that they just go further with their live.

Nice work! I like how you captured their expressions so well, especially the one on the top.
As for the water I'd say make it less shiny (I realize you were trying to show reflection, but it probably wouldn't be all that reflective) and darker since this is a night scene. Still, it's better than my first attempt at water. XD Also, the wolf's reflection would probably be smaller (unless it was right above the water) and maybe kind of ripple-y (unless, again, the water is extremely still).
The overall mood of this picture is very moving and pwerful.
And don't worry, your English is understandable.
