I've seen your comment below, but this is pretty much the same exact thing that they did, down to the very pattern the cigarette smoke gives off. That and their's was released first. That looking in your gallery, you seem to have "varying art styles", one being better than the other. This can imply that you are stealing/tracing different artist's art. Though I'm not jumping to conclusions and accusing you of theft, it is a big factor.
