Gizmo is rather cheerful for a robot. Unlike his twin sister, he's much more extroverted when it comes to interactions with people and is rather optimistic while Gadget is pessimistic. But sometimes his personality may be too much for others. There is a childlike innocence to him as he is the type to see the good side of people, believing in second chances for those who deserve it. Though this kind of nature tends to make him oblivious around him to the point where he is viewed as air-headed at times. He may not be as highly perceptive as his sister but he is capable enough to know what's wrong or be concern at something and would do his best to make those around him smile and cheer them up. When it comes to his manners, he is well-mannered and acts as a gentleman who is considerate towards others. When serving a master, he is loyal to those he serves under, hard working (both in and out of the job) and would give it his all to make sure they are safe and happy.

HISTORY:
  Once upon a time, there was a lonely inventor. He had no family but the creations he made he considered as his own. He was content with his life, but then he grew sad with thoughts of wanting to have actual children. Then one day, he got an idea… He’ll build one! Thus he began to work on building a little robot but he couldn’t decide if he wanted a boy or girl. So the inventor decided to do both and made twins. It took him a long time but in the end, the twins were born, each built with their own little quirk.

  First he named the boy robot Gizmo, as happy as can be and as bright as day. The girl robot, he named Gadget, was sad and full of gloom. Though despite these opposing traits, the twins got along, played together and behaved like normal children and were just as curious with the world around them. They explored the outside world with their Papa, both the good and bad. But the most important of all, they were the most happiest with their inventive father as he would spoil them with gifts, give them a good education and raised them with love. With each year, the Inventor would upgrade the twins on their birthday felt most appropriate for growing beings. Everything was normal to them.

  Though as time passed, they were at the age of understanding when they notice the Inventor becoming old and in need of help. So when their 10th birthdays arrived, their Papa asked them what they would wish for. The first twin asked if he could be super fast, so that way he could accomplish various tasks quickly for him. The second twin, wanting to help out too, wished to be strong so she can not only lend her assistance but also protect those she loves and cares for. Hesitant the Inventor was at first, but understanding their intentions he granted their wishes and gave them special upgrades for their birthdays. They were happy with their gifts but their father warned them to be careful and be responsible of their new found abilities. But like most children… They’ve learned their lesson the hard way.

  The years have past and the children were no more as they are transformed into magnificent young adults. Though the more they grew, the more parts were added and the older the inventor was getting until one day he collapsed. Worried for his health, the twins took it upon themselves to help serve him until he was in better shape. Their Papa told them that now they are older, they have the right to choose for their own path. To be their own individuality and to find their own purpose. The twins at first don’t understand why but felt like the only way they could help him is if they earned money. So the twins set off to look for a master to serve under to earn a living for their father and themselves.

He uses it more than just checking for time, as he uses more so as a timer whenever Gadget's turn is up and is using her abilities during certain situations. Sometimes the twins use their pocket watches to time themselves as a form of contest to see who can do what the fastest.

The twins both got their pocket watches as a birthday gift.

When he was a child, after using his speed abilities he wound up hurting himself so his father made him knee braces to help with the friction his speed causes for him. Even with the knee brace he still has to be careful not to put too much strain on his systems.

He carries around one of his father's many inventions, an umbrella that also acts an automotive aero-propeller to lift him up or drop gently down from heights. He can only carry himself and one more person with this umbrella.

Due to being a robot, he's not as buoyant as most other mortals and will likely sink into the water.
