True, and while not as competitive as AJ or Rainbow, Twilight enjoys a good challenge as much as any pony, plus, who knows, she might need her wings later on. Plus Rainbow can race against some pony who can actually match her, no offense to Futtershy, but she isn't exactly the model of a racing buddy for Dashie unless provoked and Dash isn't going to bulky her or any pony into racing her. Tease and maybe taunt a bit, yes, but she knows when no means no.

Should be interesting to see who wins, if Twilight loses, or even if she wins, I get the feeling Rainbow will be more than willing to give her a few flying tips, she may not be Generosity, but I'm sure she can spare some time for a good friend.
