If I can even call it that, haha. I never describe things well. I always go "YOU KNOW...THAT THING...WITH THE SHIT AND THE STUFF. You know what I mean?"Srsly. My mom's like "No. No I don't know what you mean at all."
SO this is probably more of a process than a tutorial, but I hope this contains...SOMETHING helpful. Please ask me questions if you're confused or want to know something else because I suck at on-spot thinking. T_T
This character is ~PaperMutt 's 'sona I believe, even though I barely know her but I told her I'd make her an icon : D I'll post it individually when my computer will stop being a fgt and load iaza. >:I

Was this and most all pixels done with a mouse? Or is it mainly done with a tablet??

First, How do you get MS paint??? Because I don't have it on my PC...or, at least I don't see it X) (I feel so STUPID XD)

It should be in the...accessories part of the All Programs window I think? That, or you can hit Start>Run and then type in "mspaint" and it'll pop up c: You can pixel on any program I'm pretty sure as long as it's a 1 px brush. Nothing fancy, just a straight pixel brush with no opacity or anything. c:

Aw D8 Try...converting to a gif and then making it transparent. If that doesn't work, set the fuzz setting on the transparent setting to like 5 to 7% O:
