TVR-O-Thon 11/11To answer the question left on the last TVR drawn, the S2, what could possibly be the last TVR in my series of drawings; what could have been built between the S2 and the 90's griffith (where my 1st TVR-O-Thon picks up from this one) ?
Well, the answer's nothing. I just stumbled upon a picture of the racing Tuscan - the T400R and realised just how cool it looked in racing bodykit... and had to draw it
346kmh+ ; 50bhp more than the Ferrari Enzo, and in my opinion, much better styling. Oh, and at a fraction of the cost, too.
Before you mention TVR's engine rebuild costs I'll remind you that Ferrari maintenance comes quite often, and quite expensive, too.
It feels sort of sad to have finally come to the end of all these TVR drawings; though at least it ends on a positive note - I think this is one of the best drawn cars of the second TVR-O-Thon.
I've found out so much about whilst drawing these cars; reading up a little bit on each one out of curiosity - even learning of the existence of two prototypes the company had made I'd previously never heard of. The older cars, which I never used to like as much as the newer ones, are starting to grow more on me, and I'm appreciating the company's history even more now.
Thanks also to Midnight-Oyl who has been following these TVR drawings with interest and telling me a whole load of cool things about the cars along the way
And for everybody who has been watching these cars - it might be the end of the TVR drawings (until/if they release a new one), but it's by no means the last of my drawings - not even temporarily. I've still got loads planned (cars and otherwise); hopefully a fair few to come over the next week or two - so if you're liking them so far, keep your eyes peeled - you might see more you like
