Description Young Lucifer is apprehensive about his first solo flight. Even patient Michael has difficulty urging the young angel to take that inevitable leap.

This is a scene I've worked on several times over the last two years and each one I wasn't overly fond of. Finally happy with this newest version of 'First Flight Failure'. Most of the outfits here were converted to Daz3D's dforce...whatever it's called. Pants, leather skirting, tunic, and Egyptian skirt were all draped and I was very pleased with the results. It really fixed some of the bad distorting of the bends, particularly in regards to the legs.

Yes...sort of. I started this project well over 10 years ago, but the angels/demons stuff has only been incorporated into my writing project within the last 5 years or so. I was needing something ancient and powerful to sort of jump start the whole universe I had established and then I started reading about the fall of Lucifer and angels in general. It was the perfect starting point for all this crazy stuff I had envisioned and written down. As such, Lucifer and the demons have evolved into the primary antagonists in the first stories my project. I'm hoping to convert this stuff to a graphic novel format some day, but I want/need more experience in layouts and such. Doing comic/graphic novel work seems to be very difficult and I'm definitely not comfortable with tackling such a large project like that.

Good morning, Debbie. Yes this is young Lucifer. In my project, this timeline is basically a period of innocence and calm before things drastically spiral out of control when Lucifer is an adult. Michael promised Abytal he'd watch over her child should anything happen to her. Silly stuff I know, but fantasy is pretty much just that...silly, but fun.

Thanks Debbie. The whole angel/Lucifer stuff was never originally a part of my story/project, but it sort of evolved that way. They were a perfect fit and starting point for what I had already started on. I enjoy reading about ancient religions and mythologies and the social/political/psychological aspects surrounding religion in general. I find it a rather curious thing.

Thanks, Linwelly. Expressions, in my opinion, can be a little difficult while using the Growing Up morphs. I keep at it till I finally get something satisfying.

Poor, little Lucifer. He looks so scared. But I really can't blame him for that, as someone who suffers badly from fear of heights

This is one of the periods in my project I like a lot. To see this innocent boy overcoming so many obstacles and become a sort of hero among his people only to eventually cast aside all that is good and let it all fall apart.
