nah, I saw it when I was initially searching for the mystery cartoon I'm trying to remember, I searched for puffin cartoons on youtube and that popped up.

Its probably not about puffins, I cant remember what kind of bird the main character was. It was a very strange cartoon about a 2 characters in a house, one was a pet and the other was a bird of some sort. The Bird character had this weird ability to spit out any object from their mouth, they could make anything just appear out of nowhere. I never got the name of the show because It wasn't that good, but every time I explain it to friends they think I've made it up. So now its like a quest to find it just to prove I'm not going mad. For a while I was limiting my search to just toucans but I decided to look at other species it could have been. I still haven't had any luck finding it though.
