Does anyone remember playing these things? Man, those were the days! There was no room to open it fully, but I did my best c: It's kind of a sister to my 3DS icons, and I might make more colours if anyone becomes interested in them.It's free to use, all you need to do is credit me in your signature!

Your icon looks like a traceover of one of my icons of Erik the Moose from Animal Crossing New Leaf, so if you found it as a lineart somewhere I'd like to know where. Regardless of if you found it offsite somewhere or traced over it yourself, I'm asking you to please change your icon. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt since you are new to this site, and I'd be happy to make you an icon for free so that there will be no further problems in the future.

I would prefer no as I don't want people editing my art. However, I'm willing to make you an icon myself. This would allow you to have a pixel icon of your character, and it would not be an edit of mine.
Also, do you have the original lineart image? If so, I'd like to to post it to your st.ash and link it to me. (You can access st.ash by hovering over the submit to make a little menu pop up and clicking on st.ash) It will remain hidden to the public, so you won't get in trouble with the mods, and I can have access to it so I can see if I can reverse search it to find the lineart and give the uploader a stern talking to.

I had I silver one I think when it came out, I even gave it a name (I was like 5 or 6). I was my prized possession. Then the charger broke for the third time and I couldn't play it anymore. It's sitting in the garage collecting dust.

I never was one to get special edition consoles, though I wish I could. The only 'special edition' thing I have is pretty much the Nintendogs Best Friends DS, which doesn't have any special things on it. It's just turquoise.

Yep, the old GBA is awesome I still have it and love those games too. I like the icon too, it's only too bad the the square shape of it doesn't allow for it it open more fully like the 3DS icons you made. Still that doesn't really effect the quality of the animation and all, good work.

Seriously? o.o They were around during the mid 2000s, like 2004-6, if my memory serves. GameBoy Advanced SPs were upgraded GBAs, with a flip design like the DS, but had one screen. It was the first of the GameBoy line to have a light up screen, and was able to play GBA games and GBC games, similar to how the DS and DS lite could play DS and GBA games. Unlike the GBA, the SP didn't have the ability to use headphones naturally, though there were adapters. The SP was the only GameBoy to have a rechargeable battery, and can use the original DS' charger.

Yeah, seriously. I'm 61-years old and was never much of a gamer... being discalculate am forever reversing things, so on games I want to go "left" but end up going "right" instead

Ah. That sucks. You could possibly train yourself to go opposite of where you need to go so that you do. Not sure how easy or hard that would be for you, but if you think you could, go for it.
