I did these quite a while ago for this one thread on Kingdom Hearts Ultimania forum [link] . This is actually the design for the Time Edge Jabberwock, the main plot element of Vorpal Blade [link]

Supernova Tsunami
A mechanized Ultima Weapon to be sure, considering how it drastically increases all stats. It also increases the strength of all magic spells (especially Thunder), and gives you a new magic spell "Plasma" which fires off a powerful magnetic bolt of plasma energy that can pierce through shields and armor. It's special ability "Gravity Beam" allows you to cast a stream of energy at any non-boss enemy and ensnare them, you can either toss it around like a rag doll, throw it into another enemy or simple draw it in and use it as a shield against enemy attacks or to use that bugger as a battering ram.

Gladius Hero
Now first the bad news, this is perhaps the shortest Keyblade of all, it has such a short range that you need to be like really up close for it to hit something. Now the good news is that it has exceptional attack strength and even increases defense, both of which are increased in a pinch. It's special ability "Heavy Fist" turns every attack into a finishing move and increases the chance of scoring a critical hit, no combos, just one powerful blow after another.

Translucent Wing
It gives your attacks, combos, finishing moves, reaction command-based attacks, and Limits a major power boost. It's special ability "Skydance" pretty much allows you to take flight (and no I'm not talking about some half-ass Glide ability, I'm talking actual KH1 Neverland flight, you can fly, you can fly, YOU CAN FLY, don't even need to think of a wonderful thought)!

Fusion Element
This increases attack strength and magic power of course, but the real treat is how you can now activate a Drive form without using any Drive Gauges! It's special ability "Quickmix" allows you to take any two magic spells and use them at once, often resulting in a fusion of the two spells which sometimes produces a whole new spell all together used in that instant.
