Hey! Y here! I'm not dead! 83

School has been owning my soul but I have survived! Yay! And lookie here, got us a new update! Mm-hm! All me this time. (T will probably start whining about wanting more things to color soon xD)

Okay, so this was actually for a class. We had to illustrate a comic book villain and it could be anyone or anything. But we weren't allowed to include heroes. That bummed me out a little, as I like drawing heroes beating the snot out of the villains. It makes for a better composition all around^.^

Originally I was going to do Joker from Batman but there is already soooo much fanart of the guy already... I just didn't want to follow the crowd. And other students in my class were set on Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, Cat Woman, etc. You get the idea.

So after much deliberation and flip-flopping I asked if manga was included in the comic category, because some silly people do not think as we do. Those silly people. Fortunately it was and so I thought, "Yeah, I'm gonna draw that big, fat pus...er, the Earl! Yeah, that's who I'll draw." ...Pfft! I don't know how Hoshino does it, honestly. I tried doing sketches of the Millennium Earl and started CRACKING UP! That guy is so fat and ridiculous-looking I couldn't keep going without laughing. And with the deadline closing in I needed to make a decision, quickly.

Thankfully I hate Jasdevi, whom I call "Litney," more than the Earl because while he still looks like a joke I can draw this guy without cracking up as bad. That's right, fangirls/boys, I HATE THESE LITTLE IDIOTS! Just wanted to put that out there. Oh and spoiler alert, they die xD Don't care if I get flames; I'll just laugh.

So, yeah, remember how I said before that no heroes were to be included? Guess what? I found a loophole! While there is no one in sight I made it so the viewer is seeing through Crowley's eyes, which is why I made the perspective slightly higher (since he's kinda on the tall side.) Just in case this isn't fairly obvious as well, this is supposed to be during the boss battle in the arc, after Crow gets all "Bitch, I ain't done with you yet get back here so I can kill you proper." Lol he'd never say something like that, I just think it's funny.

And if you can see Litney's left arm--it's kinda blurred considering the distance--but the sleeve is ripped and the word "INNOCENCE" is written under his skin. By the way, who else thought that was badass?

I'll probably draw another scene from this now that my summer's beginning, only it will actually have Crow in it and he will most definitely be inflicting more humiliation on this little moron. We know he hates brats ^_^

Anyway, referenced a panel in volume 12 of DGM to get the perspective of the room right. I like my attention to details, that I do, and I'm not so good at drawing odd angles for inside buildings or structures in general. It had to look right!
