It's a nice image, but the figures seem a bit stiff in relation to each other. Having two figures interact well is super difficult, but I think you will be able to do do it much more convincingly with a bit more practice. The brunette's left hand seems to have come out of nowhere for the reacharound.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, but I want to see people grow as artists.
