Description
This is my cosplay of Queen Elizabeth Tudor from late in her reign. The costume took 100s of hours and is covered in jewels you can't see (they are fake, though).Related content

I wasn't trolling and I made one small comment about the shoes while saying it was nice.
I'm not expecting actual jewels. And while machine-made is not quite as cool,it's of course understandable to reproduce embroidery more easily for costuming, especially if it's just for funsies.
I don't know why you took this so personally and harshly.

I have the American Duchess Stratford style shoes in red, but I was not wearing them that day. It depends on how long I will be in them and what surface I will be wearing them on. But if you wish to speak to accuracy, I did not hand-weave the fabric. The trim is modern. The jewels are modern and fake. The lace was made by machine. Some of the fabric is silk but was embroidered by machine. The other fabric is synthetic. And lots of other details like that. But I am not a costume NAZI. I don't care about that stuff, nor the fact that my damn shoes look modern. Go troll elsewhere.

Nice! Those shoes look suspiciously like modern shoes in modern material though.
