PROJECT: PANTS ON FIRE is now ready for public beta!

Project POF is an edit of The Fanciest of Pants’ original Female Pyro (and by extension, Sage J Fox’s reworked Fempyro). The purpose of this model revamp was:
- to make a Fempyro that looked closer to the original model
- to reduce her bust size for those who found the original extreme
- to give her the fanciest of pants (we literally copied and pasted Pyro’s pants onto her lower torso)
By no means is this model “a perfect fix” to TFoP’s original Fempyro model or conceptualization/modifications done by other people (see Bugs and Notes). This model modification is also not meant to be “a better” Fempyro either; it is being presented as an alternative option to use for those who want another option for a physically obvious female Pyro.
This Fempyro comes with two models based on bust size. This is for anybody who has Sage’s Fempyro refits and want them to fit in the upper area if the upper area is involved.
This model is currently NOT AVAILABLE for GMod or TF2 use. If you are interested in converting it for either one of those, please contact me. As of right now I do not have a current modeler who is working on further development of this model, so if you’re interested in further updating it as well for SFM/Gmod/TF2 use (one or several) hit me up as well.
There have been several technical issues found with the beta already. Those can be seen in the “READMYSHIT_.txt” file within the folder. Please read over that for additional FAQ and bug notes. Should you find any bugs other than the ones listed, feel free to message me bug logs or circled redlines. (Within this text file is also aesthetic issues that were brought to my attention. Please also message me your concerns and I’ll see if I can accommodate for those issues.)
Any additional information can be found within the aforementioned “READMYSHIT_.txt” file.

There was one ported over a while back, although I'd need to find the link. They said the physics were a little delayed though.

It's not a TF2 mod, it's a separate model for GMod and SFM.

I hope this does become usable in Gmod. It would be a much better Female Pyro to use than the other one...you know...the slutty one.

The shape of her body or her clothes does not mean she should be considered slutty. While her original intention was most likely for male-aimed fanservice, anybody can absolutely use her for non-sexual eyecandy purposes (e.g. Pyro in Love, where she was considered a "love interest" and there were some pan shots, but nothing too focused on her butt or breasts). It's sort of like Jessica Rabbit from Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, a very attractive and voluptuous lady who was accused of cheating on her husband but she said she would never do so. "I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way."
Either way, I have a solution for you: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles… This is Corvalho's Fempyro, which also comes with a nice set of baggy pants and some cool cosmetic replacements.

I'd love to get my iteration of a Fempyro ported over for GMod. Apparently it works but the physics move fairly slowly (I'm not too sure exactly what that means, I don't regularly use GMod). Whenever a solution comes up I'll let people know.

Physics are pretty laggy in Gmod according to the original modeler, I haven't tested it out myself but it's been put on a priority list when I can find somebody to help convert it!

I realized the tightness was three things:
1) the model itself (nothing I can do)
2) the phongboost (something I can fix)
3) the bumpmap (something I can fix)
So I tweaked those a bit to decrease the gloss. Glad you like it!

I wouldn't go as far to say that since her breasts seem sort of unnatural still, but yes, I did reduce the bust size a little compared to the expansions that most modifications gave her for those who want a reduced option!
