If I were the Administrator, I'd keep out of Scout's way for a while. It's unlikely he'd be able to get to her and kill her but he'd probably smash a lot of security apparatus and kill lots of bodyguards and they're just a pain to replace.

Considering how easily the Heavy and the Pyro infiltrated the Administrator's lair despite the guards and the security in "The Showdown" comic, I don't think he's got too much to worry about.

Miss Pauling, one of the most hardcore female game character, and she's just an errand runner..

In the comic book series, Miss Pauling seems a lot more hopeful that there's something for her at the end of all her errands.
"I've worked for her my whole life. I've lied for her. Framed people for her. Killed people for her. Do you think I'd do all that if I didn't know what she is? What she's capable of? Do you think I'm some kind of stupid pawn here? I know exactly what she could do with that kind of power. And I'll be right there with her when she does it."
However, based on a dream she had, there may be more to it than we think and she might always have doubts.

It should be... The reason why the comics are slow is most likely due to having to draw the panel art. I'm sure we all know how long it takes if it's over 40pgs...

Not necessarily. The staff did mention that they did have to work on other stuff as well. Besides, ~70 pages (well at least individual photoshop files) is a lot, but it doesn't take a year to draw those.

She's lived for a while now, I think the Administrator understands she's too valuable to kill. However, that doesn't necessarily mean she deserves more days off work to get used to actually having days off work, to say the very least.
