It still running for tourist, I believe on different route. And once a year nearly all German steam engines come together in the last remaining service factory in Meinigen for a steam weekend. I heard in England that some of the old steam engines even from there go for repair to Meinigen in Germany.

Old trains working are rare but exist here too. For sure their maintenance is quite complicated. Thank you for sharing that.
