Oh this looks awesome!!! I remember Ghastly, Haunter and Gengar (hopefully I got their names right!). Really creeped me out too, until I saw that episode where Ash's ghost was playing with them in that tower. 
As to the pic it looks awesome! I love the flourescent effect your lines give. It looks like it could be placed outside a house for halloween and blink in the dark, like most flourescent lights do.
