Commission for NewEnglander of his character, Sheila. A woman who is a real bear every morning until she gets her coffee... literally.Sheila's always a fun character to draw. Probably because of what NewEnglander said - It's always nice to see an IRS agent get hassled for a change. Almost makes me want to create a bear character of my own.
