I actually double took, triple took really the thumbnail of this image I saw in someone else's favorites. I almost thought this was a 3D cg model for a moment.
I don't know who this model is, (I'm not familiar with your gallery at all, and I haven't yet looked, apologies!) but her face, or your face, is sooo perfect in that shot, I almost didn't believe it was real for a few moments.
I think it's the hair that really sold me. Perfect! Amazing how you got it to hold that way!! ^_^

Another great work by you. 
The pose is very dramatic, I love the way you are reaching up, maybe like something is about to falll on you. The extreme expression adds to the drama as well. One thing I have noticed about a lot of models on Deviant Art...or period for that matter, is the pose and expression aften do not work together. It seems like you have no trouble with that however, your poses and expressions seem to go hand in hand. Also the make up, the hair and even the nails go amazing wonderful with the latex dress.
Well as for the bad..you are a very thin person, all body types have poses that might make them look a little...off.. for instance your "bubblegum" photo made your body look stunning. This photo makes your body look a little overly thin and boney? I guess would be the right way to put it. I guess it's the angle and the fact that you stretched at the same time.
Maybe if you would have made your body face a little more forward, it could have been a better photo. I mean you have good sized breast, beautiful, wide hips..and then a tiny...tiny little tummy. In poses like this it makes it look like you are missing something in the middle, and it shows off your rib cage to much.
Just all my opinion though. Still the good far outweighed the bad...so...again another
