The design looks very interesting here.
As usual, your use of color and lighting look pretty soft and well done, especially the inside of the buster. I also noticed that you've added more contrast between dark and light colors (adding more intensity to the drawing), denoting the clear effect of him charging the buster up. (I suppose that was the main purpose?)
However, according to my own point of view (I may be mistaken), the gaze seems to be focused elsewhere rather than fixed at the direction the buster is pointing. Maybe moving the Iris, pupil and shine of his right eye a little bit more to the left? Otherwise, everything else looks awesome as usual~!
