I'd say something like this, but with Gen-1's color scheme, and the shoulder pads of Aligned Universe's Megatron from TFP...and the arm cannon is literally attached to Megaman's arm looking like a Mega buster in some sense

That depends on the type of maverick.
There's 3 types.
Type 1: Free Will
These are tbe ones that choose to rebel against humans. Doesn't mean they're evil.
(Best Example: Storm Eagle|seriously, he's the only boss in the X games that you can't help but miss him when he dies.)
Type 2: Short-circuit/Error
Literallt what it sounds like. A short-circuit or a program error (usually in the e-brain) prertt much causes them to go 'crazy'. Like how trauma can cause that in humans.
Type 3: Virus Mavericks
Mavericks that are caused by a virus. Whether it be the Maverick, Sigma, Zero or Nightmare Virus. There's no hope for these guys.
Once you go maverick (type 3) there's no going back.
So, about your statement: If any maverick knows that freedom ia the right of all sentient beings then it ia Type 1. But not all of them know this, some are juat blindly following the others that do. (Sometimes it's loyalty or a debt to repay)
X, Zero, Axl, Alia and Signas also know this but they aren't mavericks. (Not too sure about Douglas and the other 2 operators from X8)

Okay, so tyour Main weapon would be the gun, the Sub weapon to be whatever melee weapon Optimus used (I think it was an axe, but at one point it was also a sword) and if you hold down the Dash button, you transform into a truck and can completley run over small or weak enemies and certian floor hazzards without harm.
Thats how I think it would work in game if this was actually a thing

Main Weapon: Ion Blaster. Sub-Weapon: Energon Axe.
Special Weapon: Star Saber.
Biometal voice: Peter Cullen.
Abilities: Vehicle form. Β press down twice to enter vehicle mode,
move left or right to drive in either direction. press Dash button
to use Nitro. to exit vehicle mode, double tap jump button.
Charge Dash. use Dash button to charge through weak enemies
& knock over regular ones. if timed correctly, you can charge dash
& knock back stronger opponents.
Energon Axe. slash 3 times in succession for a combo, charge up attack
to unleash a powerful slash. other saber combos can be applied.
Ion Blaster: it lacks the rate of fire of a Buster, but packs the punch
of a half-charge charge shot per shot. maximum charge limit is 3.
once fully charged up, you can unleash 3 fully charged shots.
Note: compatible with any element or Buster Shot ability.
Star Saber: the ancient weapon of the Primes, only a Prime
can wield this. although powerful & easy to use, it consumes
your weapon energy...charge up to unleash a powerful slash wave
which wipes out all enemies on screen. again, this is another weapon
which saber combos can be used with.
