Its a flame file,where i have to put the flame file to use?How can i use?

Just download it, unzip it and open it from apophysis
there should appear a list with all the flames.... some of them could not be viewed in apophysis 3d hack or apophysis 7x if you don't have the right plug ins

Well... for the flamepack i just merged some specific flames into just one in apophysis 7x and for the image i rendered some previews and merged them in Photoshop CS3..
