Pretty! Although I do admit the water looks like jelly.....other than that, not bad!

Charlene-Art [2011-07-09 06:14:10 +0000 UTC]
That is brilliant. The water looks a bit congealed, like jelly or shards of glass, but other than that this is great!

sam1027 [2011-07-01 07:23:33 +0000 UTC]
It looks real and nicely transparent~~
Maybe you may try getting some part smoother cuz most of liquid looks little bit like solid ice~
Yet I know to manipulate the water isn't easy!

My very favorite part is actually the lighting on the table surface.

Dam, I heard about Vray but you need some serious strong ram for that, I only used 3DSMax 8 a few times but that was one time I designed the Deathstar, that was it.

DeviantKaled [2011-06-30 07:54:27 +0000 UTC]
This is beautifully done! Lovely materials and of course use of caustics. Maybe a slight hint of colour on the "water" material might differentiate it somewhat from the glass, though? As it is, it all looks like one material...
π: 0 β©: 1
Ultrarender In reply to DeviantKaled [2011-06-30 08:52:11 +0000 UTC]
Thanks
I wanted it to look like it's water not just some juice. And the materials are still not the same: they have different index of refraction.

DeviantKaled In reply to Ultrarender [2011-07-01 15:00:24 +0000 UTC]
No worries at all! And yeah, I'm sure it isn't the same material - I agree with you about the "some kind of juice" thing that you see all too often...
